[CSRE] Electronics Sales Manager / Up to $8,000 / Need Sales Report - Bedok
Our client, a leading Singapore-based manufacturer specializing in high-quality frequency components, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager.
Key Duties:
- Responsible for the sales development and customer maintenance of electronic passive components (quartz crystal oscillators, etc.) in the European and American markets.
- Formulate regional market strategy, complete annual sales target and profit target; 3. Manage a sales team of 2-5 people, cultivate key talents, and optimize the teamwork process.
- Analyse market dynamics and competitive product information, and promote product improvement proposals.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources (technology/supply chain) to solve customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in Physics/Electronic Engineering
- Must have driver's license as job requires travel to meet clients and vendors
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the US/European market Sales background in the electronic passive components industry
- Experience in team management
- Familiar with SAP/CRM system operation
- Data-driven sales mindset (track record required)
- Ability to speak any European languages would be highly advantageous as the job requires close communication with European stakeholders
