Regional Product Marketing Manager, Flagship Smartphones Mobile Experience Business

As the Regional Product Marketing Manager, Flagship Smartphones (Mobile Experience Business), you will be responsible for driving the growth of Samsung’s FE, S, and Z-series smartphone line-up across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region.

Working with the HQ and regional mobile teams, you will develop strategies for category growth, and will actively support subsidiaries to achieve business objectives. During flagship launch periods, you will be the central coordinator for regional GTM activities, and provide strategic direction and guidance to mobile teams across the region.

As the regional PM lead for Flagship smartphones, on an ongoing basis you will coordinate with various functional teams, including sales, marketing, SCM, customer service, finance, and online. You will drive product, promotional, and channel strategies, while focusing on core KPIs including revenue, profit, and market share targets, and ensuring healthy operations.

  • Lead regional management of Samsung’s Flagship smartphone portfolio throughout product lifecycle, to maximize overall sales and profitability
  • Build short and mid-term strategies for the category and take ownership of executing across region
  • Continuously monitor core KPIs, including sales, profit, TAM, WOS, and market share, adapting strategy when necessary to achieve goals
  • Analyse market, consumer, and competitor trends to identify gaps and opportunities to drive category growth
  • Lead regional go-to-market strategy and new product launches, working closely with country subsidiaries to ensure full readiness and excellence in execution
  • Regularly and actively communicate with category teams in HQ and subsidiaries to ensure full understanding and alignment with global and regional strategies
  • Work with global product planning to influence product roadmap, positioning, and pricing for Southeast Asia & Oceania region
  • Provide regular progress reports to RHQ and HQ leadership
Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience in product marketing in consumer-focused role
  • Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategy & execution
  • Demonstrated experience in market analysis and product strategy development
  • Regional experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and excel capabilities
  • Good stakeholder management and collaborative approach
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in producing polished reports in PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Excel is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
