About the Role:We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations and drive excellence across key locations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep expertise in high-end timepieces, a passion for luxury retail, and a strong ability to optimize boutique performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Boutique Operations & Excellence: Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the brand’s ultra-luxury standards.
Client Experience & VIP Engagement: Elevate the customer journey by implementing white-glove service standards. Cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and enhance boutique exclusivity through personalized experiences and private events.
Sales Performance & Strategy: Partner with boutique teams to drive sales, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to optimize revenue while maintaining brand prestige.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire boutique staff, ensuring continuous training and development in both product knowledge and luxury service etiquette.
Merchandising & Inventory Management: Oversee stock allocation, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy, ensuring that flagship and boutique locations showcase the latest collections impeccably.
Brand Representation & Compliance: Uphold the brand’s legacy by ensuring adherence to company policies, retail standards, and industry regulations while maintaining the highest level of discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in high-end watches or jewelry.
- Proven track record in boutique operations, sales management, and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of the luxury client demographic and experience in clienteling strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results while maintaining brand integrity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
