Responsibilities

Service Technician/Engineer(HVAC/Chiller)-East Region

Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and chillers to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical components.
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and chiller systems, including compressors, pumps, fans, and controls.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all equipment serviced.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards during all work activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Service Technician/Installer(Digital Lock)-North Region

Perform installation of digital locks and laundry racks (training provided).
Respond promptly to emergency service and rectification requests.
Ensure all daily installations are completed according to schedule.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
Carry out any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Candidate with HVAC and chiller experience are welcome to apply.
Candidate with digital lock or laundry rack installation experience are welcome to apply.
