Job Subject Title: Logistics Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

Salary: $2300 - $2800 (Basics + OT)
Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon-Fri 830-530pm, sat 830-1230pm)
Location: Alps Avenue

Job Responsibilities:

Plan orders to ensure timely delivery and collection in line with customer requirements.
Coordinate & communicate with customers and regarding daily issues.
Collect data and provide accurate reports as needed.
Basic admin duties
Perform additional duties as assigned.
