We are looking for an analytical individual with a keen interest in numbers to join a top professional services firm as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. The ideal candidate should be well conversant in compensation and benefits and be well-acquainted with the professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly assess company's compensation and benefits offering, providing insights and recommendations, while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations
• Participate in annual merit review cycle, preparing presentation materials for management discussions
• Create, review, and communicate reward processes and guidelines that align with the company's reward philosophy
• Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting for employee-related and indirect costs
• Serve as an internal advisor to HR Business Partners, offering expertise on compensation and benefits policies and programs

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in professional services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and strong critical thinking
