Finance Manager - Bedok

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and manage the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
• Develop and manage multi-year rolling budgets.
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Oversee the processing of invoices and payments.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage outstanding balances.
• General Ledger:
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Group Consolidation:
• Consolidate financial statements for the group of companies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Taxation:
• Manage GST and corporate income tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax planning.
• Grant and Donation Management:
• Manage and track grant funds, ensuring compliance with donor restrictions and reporting requirements.
• Oversee the management of donations, ensuring accurate recording and acknowledgement of contributions.
• Internal Controls:
• Implement and improve internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Team Management:
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Conducted performance evaluations and provided professional development opportunities for team members.
