JOB SUMMARY

Virtue is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will primarily be focused on managing the social presence of a luxury beauty brand, while also contributing to other exciting projects across our portfolio.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be instrumental in crafting impactful social content, managing day-to-day client interactions, and ensuring the execution of deliverables. You thrive on organization, have an eye for detail, and bring excellent writing and communication skills to the table.

As a client-facing representative, you’ll build trusted relationships and act as a reliable point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • A dependable partner to the Client Services team, supporting all phases of the project to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate workflows across internal teams (strategy, creative, production) and external partner agencies.
  • Assist in content creation, from planning and ideation to production and final delivery.
  • Manage the client’s Instagram and TikTok channels, including scheduling, publishing, and assisting with monthly performance reports.
  • Conduct regular trend reports on competitor and market activity, sharing actionable insights with the team.
  • Ensure quality control of all client deliverables before submission or publication.
  • Organize and manage timelines, meeting notes, status reports, and key project documents to keep the account running seamlessly.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including client and vendor invoicing.
  • Proactively contribute your point of view during team discussions, leveraging your understanding of the brand and project objectives.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with TikTok creators to amplify the client’s visibility and engagement.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a deep understanding of trends and best practices.
  • Culturally savvy and interested in all aspects of pop culture.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and dedicated to producing best-in-class work.
  • Logical thinker who is solutions-oriented.
