Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Toa Payoh
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly organised FP&A Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is to help improve finance support to the Non-Res team and ensure we can meet the business demand for commercial analysis, managing current performance and handling finance activities associated with the sales operations.
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
- This aspect of the role involves working closely with various Enterprise business stakeholders to ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business operations.
- Perform detailed financial analysis on Enterprise business to evaluate transactional data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the areas of Revenue and Cost of Sales within the month end closing timelines.
- Preparing month-end reports to provide the business with insights into their performance across the Enterprise Business segments, highlighting any gaps and work on remediation with the team.
- Review of Business cases and provide meaningful input to the business.
- Plan and propose commission schemes for any sales role which is/are not in line with existing schemes.
- Check and review quarterly commissions to ensure calculated payout is in line with commissions policies.
- Update of business model with actuals for forecast and budget purposes.
- Work out forecast and budget on a preliminary set of assumptions and arrange review sessions with the various business heads to align projection with attainability.
- Review of Tender documents especially on the financial related terms.
- Assist Finance Director in adhoc projects.

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you:
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance equivalent with significant experience in FP&A and financial
- modelling and/or good knowledge of BBCo business modeling
- Advanced excel skills, Strong financial modelling capabilities and handling of huge data
- Strong organization skills with attention to details
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate well and collaborate with the Enterprise Business teams
- Comfortable with interaction with Management team
