Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Equipment Technician to manage, maintain, and ensure the safe operation of production equipment and tools. This role focuses on preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting to minimize downtime and safety risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and instruments
- Conduct regular servicing, calibration, and upkeep of tools and test fixtures
- Establish and maintain equipment records and maintenance logs
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and abnormal issues
- Ensure equipment safety compliance and provide safety training
- Implement preventive measures to reduce equipment failure and hazards
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage
- Able to troubleshoot and repair production equipment (e.g., crimping machines)
- Familiar with equipment operation principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
