Investment & Wealth Management Operations Specialist - Geylang

This role requires a strong understanding of CeFi and DeFi investment products, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making to enhance user engagement and maximize assets under management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of wealth management products, including structured investments, fixed-term deposits, flexible savings, and yield aggregation solutions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize investment product performance and enhance user retention.
• Analyze investment product performance metrics and refine strategies to improve asset growth and user experience.

• Design and execute targeted user acquisition and engagement strategies to increase the adoption of investment products.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and increase AUM.
• Leverage data analytics to personalize investment experiences and improve conversion rates.

• Work closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance for all investment and wealth management products.
• Monitor market trends and assess investment risks to optimize portfolio allocation strategies.
• Develop and refine policies to maintain asset security and mitigate financial risks.

• Utilize market research and user data analytics to identify investment trends and improve product offerings.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark product performance and recommend optimizations.
• Provide strategic insights to product and development teams for continuous investment product innovation.

• Partner with internal teams, including product, technology, compliance, and marketing, to drive seamless execution of investment products.
• Lead educational initiatives to enhance user understanding of wealth management and investment opportunities.
• Work with branding and communications teams to effectively position investment products in the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency investment operations.
• Strong knowledge of CeFi and DeFi investment strategies, digital asset management, and financial risk assessment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute user engagement strategies to drive AUM growth.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling for investment product optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred, given the international nature of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain technology, Web3 financial services, and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in cryptocurrency and digital asset investments.
