Platform Operations Manager - Tampines

As Platform Operations Manager, you will have to operate and oversee LANDI Global platforms and key management operations. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Product & Platform Operations:
- Support and optimize the operational needs of the platform, ensuring all product-related services function smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, working with technical teams to ensure rapid resolution of operational challenges.
- Act as a platform subject matter expert, providing training to internal teams and external stakeholders on product functionalities and best practices.
- Oversee the rollout of new products and features, ensuring that they are aligned with operational requirements and security protocols.
- Provide feedback to product teams, contributing to continuous product improvement and the development of new features based on real-world use cases.
Key Management & Security Compliance:
- Oversee key management operations in accordance with PCI standards, ensuring the proper handling, issuance, and storage of sensitive keys.
- Supervise the key management teams and ensure that processes involving CA certificates and keys are carried out with the highest level of security.
- Ensure that the secure room operations and policies and specifications related to key management are compliant with internal and external security standards and manage the security procedures within the secure facility.
- Conduct regular reviews of secure room access logs and audit trails, reporting any irregularities or security incidents.
Deployment & Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Optimize deployment workflows and tools, ensuring scalability to handle growing numbers of customer platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 5 years or more experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point to facilitate communication with Chinese associates.
- Degree in computer or engineering related discipline.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Candidates should ideally have experience in some of the following technologies:
- Experience in platform support, key management, or a related role in a PCI-compliant environment.
- Experience in managing PCI-certified secure rooms and key operations.
- Experience in security protocols, key management operations, and secure room access procedures.
- Experience in key management systems, certificate, and encryption technologies such as HSM, PKI, CA.
- Experience in compliance regulations such as PCI DSS, PCI PIN, PCI P2PE, ISO 27001, etc. PCI Professional (PCIP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications are a plus.
