Team Lead, Treasury Settlement (Banking/DTCC Reporting/$13K) (ID: 671128) - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day processing function of treasury and wealth management products.
• Check and verify trades, swift payments, receipts and other outgoing messages to ensure timely settlement of funds.
• Provide treasury department with daily nostro funding positions for their liquidity management.
• Maintain and monitor treasury limits to ensure compliance.
• Review terms in Bankers Acceptance Financing.
• Check corporate action events including reconciliation of clients’ entitlements.
• Liaise with related departments, counterparties and custodians for any trade mismatch, queries and settlement issues.
• Review work processes for new products.
• Review and improve workflow procedure to maximize operational efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Participate in system improvement projects.
• Supervise and train support staff in the performance of their duties.
• Attend to any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the Settlement Department.
• Comprehensive knowledge of treasury and wealth management products.
• Experience in DTCC reporting.
• Knowledge in Euroclear settlement process.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Possess positive attitude, pro-active and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
