- Assist students with exam-related IT issues, including software installation, login issues, and connectivity problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Ensure exam software runs smoothly and is properly configured.
- Support network and printer issues as required.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support if needed.
- Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with exam software, remote access tools, and basic networking.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide quick resolutions.
- Good communication skills and a student-friendly approach
- Candidates with minimum of 2 years’ experience, working as DC operator.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Dedicated as well as hard working individual with the intercommunication skills to work at all the level of organization.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure technology and components for installation.
- Working knowledge of DC M&E for operation.
- Vendor management.
- Extensive knowledge garnered working as a Data Center Operator
- Thorough knowledge of Data Center Operations with strong knowledge of Operations methodology.
- Experience in eye-ball checking of system faults and failures
- Good technical knowledge on Data Centre monitoring tools.
- Strong written and excellent communication skills.
- People ready to work in 12 hour shift patterns.
- Provide technical and IT support to the school and its computer labs
- Attend to onsite and render helpdesk support for all notebooks and desktop computers of school's computer labs
- Maintain school's computer labs
- Create, test, and deploy PC Image based on Windows 11
- Setup and assemble computer systems
- Troubleshoot issues on any computer labs' IT assets
- Liaise with vendors of repairs and replacement of faulty hardware
- Deploy, test, and troubleshoot software including but not limited to school labs' T&L list
