As a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Work closely with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to provide effective recruitment and talent acquisition support.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including drafting and extending salary offers.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Regularly assess and refine recruitment and onboarding procedures to uphold best HR practices.
• Evaluate the talent market and recommend optimal sourcing platforms based on hiring needs and industry trends.
• Coordinate and participate in employer branding events and initiatives.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

• Possess a min Bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent.
