Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager (Banking) - Bukit Merah

Our client is a well-established retail bank and they are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee their strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to execution and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory and banking industry standards.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in project delivery frameworks.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, digital banking initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
