• Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to specified destinations.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring they are securely fastened in the vehicle.
• Plan delivery routes for efficiency and fuel economy.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete logs and reports on deliveries, vehicle upkeep, and fuel use.
• Follow all regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers about delivery updates.
• Requirements:
• Valid class 3 driver’s license (manual).
• Clean driving record with strong driving and navigation skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical work.
• Good time management skills for timely deliveries.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
