Drive Sales Growth in a Dynamic Freight Forwarding Environment

We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager with experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean) to join our team. If you have a strong sales background and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your existing client database to expand business opportunities.
• Identify and generate new leads through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales on business development and commercial strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports through CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean).
• Strong track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Minimum Nitec qualification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
