They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join their Wealth Management team. Role Overview As a Wealth Management Relationship Manager, you will be a highly motivated professional with a passion for engaging clients and expanding your network through both tele-prospecting and in-person interactions.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining long-term relationships with mass-affluent clients, delivering tailored financial solutions to help them grow and manage their wealth effectively Key Responsibilities Provide expert financial advice and comprehensive wealth management solutions to Premier/Privilege Wealth Management and retail clients, covering key areas such as insurance, investments, and unit trusts.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the bank’s product offerings and services to effectively meet clients’ financial objectives and long-term goals. Proactively develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively expanding the customer base through prospecting and networking.
Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and sustainable business growth. Requirements A diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial advisory roles within the banking or financial services industry.
Possession of the necessary regulatory certifications for advising on investment products under the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) framework, including CMFAS Modules 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A, and Health Insurance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
