Roles & Responsibilities:
- Site work coordination and site supervision.
- Site management from conception to execution to completion.
- Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings.
- Liaise with between Client(s) & contractor(s) and suppliers for site coordination.
- Prepare sales quotations and all relevant work documents.
- Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineers.
- Submission of summary of daily activity.
- Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Relevant job experience (construction/commercial preferred).
- Able to read, understand and work from technical drawing.
- Strong leadership.
- Good communication skills and resources.
