SHANG GONG WELLNESS SPA (YUE ZHI YUAN SPA) is a leading provider of massage, foot therapy, and spa services in Singapore. We are committed to providing our clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, and we are currently undergoing an exciting refresh to elevate our brand and services.As part of this transformation, we are looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new service offerings.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote YUE ZHI YUAN SPA and its services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and performance.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in the spa and wellness industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and increasing revenue.
- Strong understanding of the spa and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
