Key Responsibilities:
Temporary Staff Management- Manage the end-to-end temporary staffing process, including collecting and consolidating bimonthly staffing requests from all divisions for management review and approval
- Serve as the primary point of contact between hiring divisions and recruitment agencies, addressing inquiries and coordinating staffing needs
- Process monthly electronic invoices for temporary staff compensation
- Oversee temporary staff onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date temporary staff records
- Coordinate the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and arranging necessary documentation
- Conduct and document reference checks for potential candidates
- Handle candidate communications, including rejection notifications and tracking recruitment outcomes
- Support additional HR initiatives as needed
Job Requirements:
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR operations experience, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition support
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in modifying spreadsheets independently
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to quality work
