Finance Executive - 6 Months Contract - Up to SGD5k
We are hiring a high calibre Finance Executive to join our team for the 6 months contract.
This is a hybrid working arrangement!!
Monday to Friday, 9 – 6pm
Working Location: Mapletree Business CityJob Responsibilities: -
- Ensure all transactions are processed timely & accurately by managers and institutional clients.
- Ensure efficient funding for payment / settlement of purchases
- Processing of capital call and distributions
- Processing private equity funds for fund investment activities
- Ensure optimal levels of client service
- Efficient administration and accurate valuation of the funds’ Net Asset Value (NAV)
- Ensure good day-to-day co-operation and communication with the inter-department as well as inter-divisions within the department
- Perform assigned duties to achieve overall smooth daily operations
- Min3 years of relevant working experience in Fund Accounting and accounting knowledge is required
- Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, business related field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills ideally gained in a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and pressure
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
