Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven leader with the following qualifications:

1. Industry Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in fruit trading, FMCG, food distribution, or supply chain industries.

1. Leadership & Management

• Proven track record of managing and growing a business, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency.

1. Sales & Business Development Skills

• Strong ability to develop partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.

1. Financial Acumen

• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.

1. Supply Chain & Logistics Knowledge

• Familiarity with procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.

1. Strong Network in the Industry

• Established relationships with fruit suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors is a plus.

1. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

• Ability to work with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders effectively.

1. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

• Ability to analyse complex business challenges and implement effective solutions.

1. Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

1. Language Skills

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Malay is required additional language skills are an advantage.
