Requirements
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven leader with the following qualifications:
- Industry Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in fruit trading, FMCG, food distribution, or supply chain industries.
- Leadership & Management
- Proven track record of managing and growing a business, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency.
- Sales & Business Development Skills
- Strong ability to develop partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Acumen
- Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Knowledge
- Familiarity with procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong Network in the Industry
- Established relationships with fruit suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors is a plus.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
- Ability to analyse complex business challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Language Skills
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Malay is required additional language skills are an advantage.
