Senior Consultant - Business System Analyst - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive the delivery of Foreign Exchange (FX) technology solutions within bank. The roles requires a strong understanding of FX trading systems and processes, preferably front-to-back FX systems architecture. We are looking for candidates with the following expertise:

• Domain knowledge in the FX and structured products system management in the finance sector
• 10 years’ experience as a business analyst in the mentioned domain space. The candidate will gather and document business requirements, perform detailed analysis to identify gaps and work with technology teams to propose solutions.
• 5 years’ experience in project delivery. The successful candidate is to lead end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations. The candidate is to track project progress and monitor risks, dependencies and constraints, proactively address potential issues. The candidate is to provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Adhere to waterfall / agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology team members to ensure successful project execution
• Proficiency in Jira, confluence, and other project management tools
• Willingness to provide support for higher severity incidents.
• Willingness to provide support 24/7 on call / on site on weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work at late hours to coordinate with teams in other Geographies.
