Field Service Engineer (Press Printer)

12 months contract, with an option to extend
Requires onsite travel (field service) to support HP Indigo presses
Work location: Tuas

The Opportunity

Troubleshooting skill in electro-mechanical assembly, including electrical wiring diagram
Customer facing, problem solving and analytical skills
Managing the onsite delivering of software services, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support, installation and configuration for customer environments
Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Your Background

Must be willing to work beyond official work hour occasionally when troubleshooting the press printer.
Computer literacy like MS Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
Diploma in Electrical and electronics engineering from local polytechnic or Bachelor degree
Experience in printing industry, especially with digital press will be added advantage
