We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day operations. This role involves manpower planning, resource allocation, issue resolution, and maintaining seamless coordination between various teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to resolve operational challenges, and the aptitude to manage and foster relationships with blue-collar workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manpower planning (LHA) to ensure adequate resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage stock and inventory needs, ensuring sufficient supplies for daily operations.
  • Plan delivery routes, manpower assignments, and address any vehicle breakdowns effectively.
  • Assign tasks to the appropriate team members based on their skills and capabilities.
  • Handle day-to-day delivery, product, and customer issues independently
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations from drivers, warehouse staff, or customers.
  • Resolve issues promptly, escalating only when necessary.
  • Investigate and address operational inefficiencies, such as planning or execution errors, on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using provided templates.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze recurring issues, ensuring long-term solutions are in place.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with blue-collar workers and foster positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in report preparation and template design.
  • Adaptability to handle dynamic operational challenges and resolve them independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
