Job Summary:

The Client Relationship and Business Development Manager is responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while simultaneously driving new business growth for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and proactively seeking out new prospects to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Understanding Client Needs: Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs.

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

Value Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client expectations.

Identifying Growth Opportunities within Existing Accounts: Explore opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the scope of services provided to existing clients.

Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and align strategies.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to maximize client retention and loyalty.

Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with clients through various channels.

Business Development:

Identifying New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential new clients, markets, and industry trends.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources.
Prospecting and Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold outreach, referrals, and other effective methods.

Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development efforts.

Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in client relationship management and business development.

Experience in conducting online workshops.

Experience in Trading & Trading products.

Experience to work with product management team.
