About the role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at People Profilers Pte Ltd in Raffles Place, Central Region.
As a full-time Senior /Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, providing expert-level recruitment solutions to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing- Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement
- Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
- Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
- Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
- CEI certified with minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant .
- Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making capabilities
- Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and achieving challenging recruitment targets
