Responsibilities :
- Deliver initial support for IT-related concerns.
- Provide Level 1 technical assistance.
- Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
- Receive and answer all users IT service request calls and emails .
- Support the installation and upkeep of desktop systems.
- Provide Live-Chat support.
Requirement :
- Minimum Education: Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma
- Minimum 0-1+ years End-User Support Experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk.
- Customer Service Experience in tech call center environment.
