We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate project documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for project managers and staff.
- Assist in payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Order office and construction site supplies as needed.
- Prepare reports and update project status as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction administration or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
