Field Service Technician - Hougang

A Class 3 driving license is mandatory as the role requires traveling to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Provide technical support and training to customers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license (mandatory).
• Relevant experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel to customer locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Previous experience in field service roles.
