Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
