Your Role

Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.

Requirements

Full Training Provided (No Experience Needed)
Comfortable to speak to customers on the phone
Follow up with clients effectively
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
