They are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join the team and provide comprehensive HR support to Singapore-based business units, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.This HR generalist will also partner with the business to drive HR operations and regional initiatives.
Your new role
I am seeking an experienced and self-driven HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support to the Singapore office. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day HR operations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Providing HR guidance and support
- Overseeing payroll, employment administration, and reporting
- Managing employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits)
- Driving performance management, salary reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
- Implementing Group/Divisional HR programs and change initiatives
- Analyzing market trends for salary and benefits benchmarking
The ideal candidate will drive HR efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
What you'll need to succeed- Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated competence in all functional areas
- Diploma/Degree in Business with HRM major or equivalent
- Familiarity with Singapore Employment Laws and market practices
- Proven experience administering HR policies and practices
- Key Skills:
- Motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and multitask
- Resourceful and customer-focused with strong stakeholder management skills
