Lead Product Manager | Artificial Intelligence - Toa Payoh

This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align product initiatives with strategic objectives while fostering a strong product-focused development culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product teams to develop, update, and prioritize long-term product roadmaps by collaborating with stakeholders and users.
• Define product priorities, including launch parameters such as minimum viable products (MVP), versioning, releases, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work with solution and design teams to validate problem statements, enabling the creation of innovative AI and digital solutions or enhancements to existing products.
• Engage cross-functional teams to communicate value propositions that optimize resources, reduce time-to-market, and improve cost efficiency.
• Evaluate and execute commercial opportunities, including co-developing solutions or integrating commercially available products to meet product objectives.
• Recommend and implement appropriate methodologies for user discovery, validation, agile development, testing, and performance reporting.
• Manage cross-functional agile teams, ensuring alignment on product requirements, feature prioritization, development, and successful delivery.
• Oversee team resources and performance while supporting career growth and aligning individual aspirations with business needs.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role, with leadership experience managing a team of product managers.
• Proven track record in defining, launching, and scaling digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile development processes and product methodologies such as lean and design thinking.
• Technical expertise in digital trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience in AI-related technologies, AI/ML, data science, and data analytics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and pivot product strategies accordingly.
• Passion for product development, user-centric design, and product usability.
• Supportive leadership style, focused on team growth and delivering results.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and bring products from ideation to delivery.
