Automotive Claims Advisor (Central / Up to $2800) - Toa Payoh

Job Summary:

• Location: Central Area
• Salary: Up to $2800
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Alternate Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm
• AWS + Incentive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in filing accident reports and advise on the appropriate claim options, such as TP or OD.
• Provide accurate estimations for insurance claims.
• Ensure timely follow-up on claim authorization and meet standard procedures.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to process motor claims and monitor repair progress.
• Work with parts executives on availability and close jobs, invoicing customers once repairs are complete.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology.
• Good knowledge of car components, estimation system, Autoline.
• Knowledge in Motor Claim Framework.
