HR cum Admin Executive [Up To $3.5K | Permanent | Full-Time] - Choa Chu Kang

Important: Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and HR support
• Filing and updating of records
• Monitor and manage all employment work pass applications, renewals & cancellations.
• Assist in updating and managing HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and Singapore regulatory requirements
• Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
• Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal;
• Execution of any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Immediate availability is preferred. Full-Time permanent position
• At least 3 Years of working experience in HR is preferred.
• Salary range of $2800 to $3500 depending on experience
• IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Work Location: Jurong West/Pioneer - Kian Teck Way(Nearest Train Station Pioneer MRT Station)
