Responsibilities (Retail Associate/ Senior Retail Associate):

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and refunds.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is neat and presentable.

Responsibilities (Outlet Supervisor) :

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Support the store team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and team supervision.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle cash management, reports, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in on-the-job training and leadership development programs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Entry level are welcomed
• Candidates with leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills/ supervisory experience may be considered for a supervisory role.
