Logistics Assistant / Warehouse Assistant (Basic + OT, gross up to $3k) - Pasir Ris

1. 5 days / 5.5 Alternate Saturday

• Location: Mainly for east area (Candidates who is looking for job opportunity aside of east area are welcome to apply too)
• Basic + OT, potential gross up to $3k
• Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
• Ensure the accuracy of all orders and shipments, checking for damages or discrepancies.
• Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Provide support in preparing reports, tracking shipments, and processing documentation.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and other departments to meet operational targets.
• Follow company policies and procedures for handling inventory, equipment, and shipping.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Forklift certification (a plus).
