  • Position : Middle Management, Singapore HQ
  • Reporting and Supporting: Business Unit Manager
  • Key Objectives: Achieve company key accounts business development goals
  1. Responsibilities
  • Develop and build trust relationships with key accounts.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to key accounts in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  1. Requirements:
  • Quick learner
  • Team player and Leadership.
  • Experienced in working with Challenger, Harvey Norman, Best Denki and Courts, an advantage.
