- Position : Middle Management, Singapore HQ
- Reporting and Supporting: Business Unit Manager
- Key Objectives: Achieve company key accounts business development goals
- Responsibilities
- Develop and build trust relationships with key accounts.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to key accounts in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Requirements:
- Quick learner
- Team player and Leadership.
- Experienced in working with Challenger, Harvey Norman, Best Denki and Courts, an advantage.
