Corporate Communications Manager (Chemical Manufacturing MNC) - Bukit Batok

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Corporate Communications Manager to be part of their Marketing Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Corporate Communications Manager:

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation, align with company values, and manage crises effectively.
• Establish and enforce communication policies and processes for consistent messaging across all levels and platforms.
• Lead media relations, press releases, and public relations efforts to strengthen the company’s public profile.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry leaders, and customers, to support business objectives.
• Manage internal communication initiatives to engage employees, promote company culture, and drive cohesive messaging.
• Translate corporate objectives into effective communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Plan and execute impactful CSR initiatives, including volunteering events and ESG-related projects, to reinforce the company’s commitment to social causes.
• Liaise with government authorities to secure permits, funding, and approvals while building strategic partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and reports to senior management.
• Act as a key representative in corporate events, employee engagements, and public initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and outreach.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• At least 8 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Experience with Public Speaking / Events / Emcee is an added advantage
