What you'll be doing
- Collect, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to present data in a clear and compelling manner
- Conduct in-depth analyses to answer business-critical questions and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions
- Continuously improve data processes and systems to enhance data quality and efficiency
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on data interpretation and utilisation
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within the Banking & Financial Services industry
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data
- Experience in designing and implementing reporting dashboards and visualisations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiar with risk control modeling, anomaly detection algorithms, and experience in risk control
