Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients in the Real Estate sector, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
• Source and screen potential Real Estate candidates through various platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable Real Estate candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices within the Financial Services sectors

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Real Estate recruitment or talent acquisition for Real Estate roles is an added advantage
• Experience working in Real Estate industries is a plus but MUST have an interest in recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Driven by results with a goal-oriented mindset
• Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms
• Ability to thrive in a commission-based role
