Job Summary:
The Strategic Partnership Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that align with our branding and business goals. This role focuses on building strong relationships with premium furniture, appliance, and home decor brands to enhance our market credibility and customer offerings.The candidate will also coordinate joint marketing efforts, partnership events, and strategic collaborations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development & Management
- Identify and establish partnerships with premium furniture, appliance, and home decor brands that align with our brand values.
- Develop compelling partnership proposals and negotiate collaboration terms.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term strategic alliances.
- Work cross-functionally with the design, sales, and marketing teams to integrate partner offerings into our services.
- Joint Marketing & Co-Branding Initiatives
- Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
- Collaborate on digital and offline marketing initiatives, including social media features, product placements, and promotional events.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Event & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute exclusive partnership events, showroom collaborations, and promotional activations.
- Coordinate in-house and online events to showcase partner products within Interior Times’ design projects.
- Drive community engagement initiatives by leveraging partnerships for thought leadership, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on partnership performance, ensuring that collaborations are driving brand visibility and business growth.
- Analyze partnership impact on customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving partnership effectiveness and ROI.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or marketing roles.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the interior design, home decor, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
