Regional IT Manager - Tampines

The Regional IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the IT operations across multiple locations within the region. This role ensures that IT infrastructure, systems, and processes align with business goals while maintaining security, efficiency, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic IT leadership, manage IT teams, and implement technology solutions to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional IT strategy in alignment with global IT policies and business objectives.
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and support services across regional offices.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure network security, data protection, and system availability through effective cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery planning.
- Implement and oversee IT projects, including software deployments, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business units to identify technology needs and provide solutions to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with HQ IT teams to align regional IT projects with global initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.
- Act as a liaison between regional offices and HQ for IT-related matters, including policy implementation and system standardization.
- Assist in the rollout of enterprise-wide IT projects, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and constraints.
- Report on regional IT project progress, challenges, and resource needs to HQ stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with regional exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Experience in managing IT teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in IT project management and business process automation.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
