about the job
The role involves enforcing risk governance processes, compliance monitoring, and harmonizing group policies and standards. Key responsibilities include facilitating risk evaluation and mitigation, building advanced risk analytics capabilities, tracking key risk indicators, and monitoring claims and loss control issues.The role also involves designing processes for PDPA compliance, maintaining risk registers and BCM portals, stress-testing business continuity capabilities, reviewing insurance policies, and communicating with external parties
skills and experience required
You should ideally be Degree qualified from a reputable university and possess at least 3 years of working experience. Prior experience in the Big 4 or commercial experience in a similar role is ideal. Alternatively, you may also be from the Big 4 External Audit team with a keen interest to work in the ERM team.Office is on the circle line, 3 days wio 2 days wfh.
