The Senior Executive, Marketing Operations plays a key role in driving the Continuing Education and Enrichment Department's partnerships, branding, marketing, and operational initiatives.

This position involves coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to manage marketing events, oversee various communication channels, and execute strategic plans effectively.

The incumbent will implement branding initiatives across all social media platforms; execute marketing and communication strategies; ensuring seamless coordination of marketing events and campaigns.

Pre-requisites
  • Diploma and/or degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the education and training sector
  • Passionate about continuous learning for both adults and children.
  • Proficient in using ICT for communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with partners, Principals, parents and children.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and creative in publicity and outreach efforts.
  • Strong follow-through in programme and project implementation
  • IT-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and Canva, with strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Skilled in leveraging digital and web technologies to support online training, webinars, and seminars
  • Highly motivated, organized, and resourceful, with excellent communication and writing skills
