Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager - Geylang

Job Description: This is an individual contributor role and will report to the Managing Director & CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including recruitment, payroll administration, employee benefits management, training and performance management.
- Manage all recruitment activities including conducting job interviews, remuneration package negotiation and making job offers.
- Prepare all employment-related letters, handling employee on-boarding and off boarding procedures, and managing employee work pass application, renewable and cancellation.
- Maintain Employee handbook and HR policies in line with employment legislations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update job description and organization chart.
- Assist in preparing annual budgeting for HR expenses, monitoring HR expenses within budget and making expenses forecast. Responding to all government survey and salary surveys and preparation of documents for annual ISO, JSOX Audit and accounting audit.
- Process monthly payroll and submission of monthly CPF, and preparing monthly payroll report. Prepare and submit staff income details to IRAS for auto-inclusion and submit IR21 to IRAS for tax clearance for staff leaving the company.
- Conduct Annual Increment exercise and annual performance bonus payout exercise in line with performance appraisal exercise.
- Manage employee training, including recommending relevant training courses and conduct training evaluation.
- Manage employee benefits including administration of leave and submission of Government-Paid childcare, maternity and paternity claims, NS makeup claim.
- Administration of staff medical claims and maintain all employee insurances Group Hospitalization insurance, personal accident and group term life, workmen injury compensation insurance, medical health screening package.
- Manage employee welfare benefits including planning and organizing company welfare events, including company incentive trip, team building activities, company annual dinner & dance and gathering.
- Working closely with management and different departments to improve employee engagement by implementing engagement activities and proposing new initiatives.
- Manage the company leased vehicles contracts and managing expatriates’ accommodation tenancy agreement renewal.
- Conduct annual Regional Employee Opinion Survey, including data consolidation, analysis and reporting the results. Requesting group companies to identify key issues from the survey results and propose action plans and results.
- Conduct quarterly regional HR meetings with group companies HR personnels for discussion and knowledge sharing, ad hoc meetings for incident reporting and other internal communication.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge in Singapore Employment act, MOM regulatory guidelines and all levels of work pass & employment pass requirements.
- Working experience with Sage Easypay or any other HR software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Possess pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and results driven and able to work independently.
