Production Planner — First HGRP Rotation

Halliburton is looking for energetic, self-motivated, eager-to-learn Engineering Graduates to join our Halliburton Graduate Rotational Program (HGRP) — a structured 2-year program presents an unique opportunity to experience 4 different positions within the Singapore Completion Tools Manufacturing Organization.
As part of the program, your first rotation will begin as a Production Planner.
In this role, you will take ownership of production order management and daily execution on the shop floor. You will receive targeted training to develop a strong foundation in planning and scheduling routine orders for assigned product lines, as well as learn how to resolve delivery challenges.Throughout this rotation, you will strengthen your understanding of manufacturing scheduling principles and develop the judgment and decision-making skills.
Following your initial assignment as a Production Planner, you will rotate through three other departments, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business and building a well-rounded skill set. Various key functions available for rotation: Continuous Improvement, Customer Service, Planning, Procurement/ Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial Engineering, Quality, HSE, and Logistics.The rotation assignment will consider HRGP Candidate’s interest, business needs, and position availability.
Through the rotation in a diverse set of teams across critical functions, you will develop on-the-job skills, build relationships and a network of connections in the organization. The Program is designed to develop early career leaders to gain a strong foundation in Supply Chain Manufacturing operations through challenging rotation assignments, engaging blended training, frequent feedback, and eventually discover your passion for specific roles.You will be actively involved and interact with all levels of employees in the organization. To enhance your development, mentors will be assigned in every rotation to provide valuable feedback for your growth.
Who can apply?- University graduates (Degree or higher qualifications) in any Engineering disciplines with 0-2 years experiences are welcomed to apply
